Making Some one feel Special!!

I have always been fortunate to have wonderful bosses; I have never been a bad person, and it's always good to make someone feel special. Every job has drama, and people will always talk about things whether they're true or not. Bosses need to feel that they have a great team, and the team needs to feel that they have a great boss.

I, for one, have never played around with a boss because I feel it breaks any potential bond between us. Don't get me wrong, I have had very handsome bosses, but that doesn't make it right to break that bond. So why do companies have policies prohibiting gifts to bosses?

Everyone's constant complaining makes this world seem even more insane, even if one person is doing it for the right reasons. I've always believed that we should work at a job we enjoy going to every day. Since bosses are also people, they should be treated with the same dignity as employees.

The only thing that would make everyone happy is to feel wanted and accepted. Try to involve as many people as possible. It doesn't matter if they are a regular employee or a boss. Everyone deserves a positive self-esteem.

The feelings you feel after witnessing everyone's response with smiles and laughter. Everyone enjoys going to work in an environment where everyone is equal and does not look smaller than the other. I hope these amazing people are doing incredibly well even though I have no idea how they are currently doing. Because of whom they are, I have no doubt that they will succeed in their future.

People find it easier to get along with one another and to stop pointing fingers at one another when small events like this are done. Many employees decided to join after I started doing this.

I once heard from a very special someone that I was powerless to alter the course of the world. He was right, but I did find that if I tried, I could still make a difference, a small difference but it was a difference. Take advantage of the opportunity to make your workplace less toxic by getting involved. Everyone's mobility is improved by it.

Because you occasionally spend more than 12 hours working with them, learn to be kind to. So always keep in mind that they are your second family; depending on how strong the bond is, they frequently become your first family.

Thus, keep in mind that receiving a gift from someone does not imply that you are dating them or engaging in sexual activity with them. It simply indicates your deep concern for them and your desire for them to continue working in a non-toxic place. So, get involve and put a smile on someone face forever.
